On Nov 9th 24, my dad passed . I was hurt but didn't want to just sit around and become depressed. Me and my boyfriend went to PetSmart just to look at animals ,but everything was way overpriced,and the staff not so welcoming. I looked up pet shops and just chose the first one I saw. I'm glad whiteway came up , because I found my special lady . All the puppies were cute but most were already sold ,I saw this cute little puppy that just sat and started, I asked to see her and she just made me feel so much better . From that moment I knew she was not going back to her holding cage ,she was coming home with us ,no matter what. Thank you so much because all though I still get depressed, my little lady makes life worth getting up and enjoying. thank you so much .

Ignore any bad reviews for this place, they are great. I came across this pet shop randomly and was just looking around. I instantly fell in love with one of the dogs I saw. After playing with her for a while me and my boyfriend knew we could not leave without her. The staff were so kind and helpful and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for helping me find my new best friend.

I had such a wonderful experience at this pet shop! The employees were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process of picking out my bunny. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and even helped me decide which gender would be the best fit for me. You can tell they truly care about the animals and want the best for them. The prices were also much more affordable compared to other places I checked, which made it even better! It felt great to be able to get everything I needed without breaking the bank. The store also had some of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met..so friendly and loving! I was even able to pet them while I was there, which made the visit even more special. You can feel the warmth and care the moment you walk in❤️🐰

I had a bit of a difficult situation in the beginning with my first purchase, but Alex was absolutely incredible and stepped in to help immediately. He didn’t think twice before offering me the best possible solutions and handled everything with zero hesitation. It is so refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares for the business and prioritizes the customer’s experience above all else. Because of Alex’s professionalism and helpfulness, I’ll definitely be coming back. If you want to support a business that actually takes care of people, this is it!

I’ve been following on facebook and instagram. Finally today I brought my baby bunny in. I can’t put into words how friendly and helpful the staff members were. I will be a customer for life and tell everyone about this lovely pet store. ❤️

I bought a cocker spaniel from them a couple months back. The service was amazing they explained my dogs guarantees and also gave me their basic needs. The employees were so kind to help us find everything we need as a first time owner.

The owner and employees were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I actually discovered this place through Instagram, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help, taking the time to answer all my questions and guide me through my options. What really stood out to me was the variety of unique products they carry—many of which you won’t typically find at larger chain stores like PetSmart or Petco. It feels like a carefully curated shop rather than a generic pet store. I ended up purchasing a tank for my hamsters, and they even gave me a great discount, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer care goes a long way. As a bonus, there are adorable cats roaming around the store, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic visit and would highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality products and friendly, attentive service.

A huge difference with the new owners. Much cleaner, animals look stable and happy. Employee are fun and knowledgeable. Great prices. Overall will be returning for future needs.

Great experience at this pet shop, employees were helpful and gentle with my rabbit while grooming him. I was able to see how to carry a rabbit that doesn’t like to be held and it actually helped! , I saw 2 kitties and was able to pet them , they’re so cute! Definitely coming back! :D
